Croatia country house
Country house Our Istria The house is secluded, not far from the village Rim where it actually belongs. It was built in 1886 but has been recently redecorated with special love and care and is surrounded by green lawns, an orchard and a forest. Primarily it was meant to be a family house for a family with 2-3 children. During the renovating and decorating there was one guiding principle above all: the family has to be comfortable and relaxed in the house, both the grown-ups and children have to find something that will calm them down, relax and inspire. That is exactly why only exclusively natural and ecology friendly materials were used for the reconstruction of the house.

Beautiful apartment by the sea, Maslinica, Island of Solta
Villa Peggy is situated on Island Šolta in the small bay called "Tepli bok". Island Šolta is one hour by ferry boat from town Split. Villa Peggy is 15 meters from the sea and 500 meters from the centre of the small fishing village, Maslinica, where there are several grocery shops and restaurants. House is an ideal place for two families (8 persons) who want to spend their holidays together. It is a two floors house, one apartment on each floor. It's being rented as one because one should pass through the ground floor to get on the attic.

The house is located in central Istria, just 2.5 km from the town of Motovun. We are located at the foot of Motovun, surrounded by vineyards with a beautiful view of Motovun. We offer accommodation in four well equipped rooms. The ground floor has a common kitchen and living room. Smoking is a large common terrace that is available to all guests. The warm days will refresh on the terrace below 100 per year murve. In addition to vacation, every lover of nature provides a variety of opportunities for an active vacation.
