Apartment is located in the heart of Istria, in small town Baderna, with beautiful views of nature and sea, ten minutes drive from the western Istrian coast and town Poreč with its numerous beaches. It is part of the newly built settlement 'Astarea' (2007), away from the usual hustle and bustle of the tourist centers and yet only minutes away from beaches if you decide to give up the cosiness of your garden beside the swimming pool. Baderna offers all features you will need for everyday life: two shops, post office, church, gas station, bus stop, kindergarten, diner, snack bar and even a fancy restaurant and mini hotel. It is only two kilometres away from the Istrian highway (the Istrian Y) by which you can reach any point in Istria within half hour time. Apartment is fully furnished with high quality Italian furniture and has two bedrooms with double beds, living room with dining area and kitchen, bathroom with shower, storage room and a terrace with sea view connected to the back yard. In the back yard there is a 36,8 m2 garden that belongs to the apartment and 32 m2 (4 m x 8 m) 1,5 m deep swimming pool which you can enjoy from May to October.
